Hmm, blog spam. I guess your blog is more popular than mine! You can turn on a verification tool to force commentators to type a misshappen word before the message will commit.
Anyway, regarding this post it made me recall an article from the early days before the Iraq war that was trying to uncover the real justifications the administration had. A primary one was to set up a perfect democracy with free trade, a business utopia. Ours, they reasoned, was too encumbered by laws and regulations that could not be removed swiftly like a bandage. Better to start anew and prove it can be done.
